Terms of Service

Standout ("the Service") is a design engine for AI coding agents, available at standoutmcp.io. It is operated by Limitless Marketing, Fiji ("we", "us"). By creating a license key, connecting to the Standout MCP server, running a site scan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Standout provides design deliverables to your AI coding agent over the Model Context Protocol: art directions, section code, components, motion pieces, critiques, and related tooling. Access is metered per tool call against your license key.

Your license key is your account. Keep it secret; anyone holding the key can spend your calls. We may apply rate limits and abuse protections to keep the Service available for everyone. You are responsible for activity performed with your key.

The free trial includes 25 tool calls with no payment details required. The Pro plan is billed as a monthly subscription (currently $19 USD per month for 2,000 tool calls per month; current pricing is always shown on the homepage). Unused calls do not roll over.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, taxes, and payment data; your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can cancel anytime from your Paddle receipt email; your key keeps working until the end of the paid period. If the Service did not work as described, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will work with Paddle to make it right, up to a full refund of that charge.

Code, design directions, and other deliverables the Service returns for your projects are yours to use in those projects, commercially or otherwise, with no attribution required. What you may not do is systematically extract, scrape, or republish the Service's underlying libraries, registries, or deliverables to build or seed a competing product or dataset.

Parts of the Service are produced or assembled with the help of AI systems. Output may contain mistakes, may not fit your specific legal, accessibility, or business requirements, and is not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing everything the Service returns before you ship it to a real site or client.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful content or to infringe anyone's rights;
• probe, overload, or attempt to bypass metering, rate limits, or security controls;
• scan or submit sites you have no right to analyze;
• resell, share, or pool license keys outside your own team or organization.

We may suspend or terminate keys that violate these terms, with a refund of unused paid time where the law requires it.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR $25 USD IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, the sites you build or scan with the Service, or your breach of these terms.

We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance. You can stop using the Service at any time. We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice, refunding any prepaid period we do not deliver.
